Course Registration

OBJECTIVES FOR INTRODUCTORY COURSES :

Introductory courses will concentrate on the use of Botox, Juvederm and Restylane. Non-Surgical Face Lift Techniques are offered to previous graduates or those with previous experienced utilizing bottom and fillers. Physician Training Center also offers courses in Laser Hair Removal, Foto-Facials and Fat Reduction.

Facial anatomy, physiology, and marketing issues will all be addressed. Four hours are devoted to the participants practicing technique in a hands-on environment with direct one-to-one supervision. See “Curriculum” for details.

Additional techniques for use of fillers (Restylane/Juvederm Radiesse) for Cosmetic purposes. Facial Anatomy, Physiology, and marketing issues will be addressed. At Least four hours are devoted to the participants injecting with direct one-to-one supervision. See “Curriculum” for details.

One day courses for Foto-Facials, and Laser Hair Removal

$2,000.00 (plus 12% HST)

Payment is due at time of registration. Due to our limiting the number of participants in each course, cancellations effect us severely. Physician Training Center reserves the right to cancel a course 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date if there are insufficient numbers to justify the course with a full refund to registered participants.

Registration will not be acknowledged without payment in full. You will receive written confirmation via mail from our office once payment has been fully processed. Until course confirmation is verified to the registrant do not assume you are fully registered. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days, please contact PTC.

Your registration is not final until you receive PTC written confirmation. PTC is not responsible for non- confirmed registrations in the event of sold out courses.

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of VISA or MC credit card. Cancellations prior to 6 weeks of the course date will result in an 85% refund with 10% being applied to a subsequent course attendance within 6 months, and a non-refundable 5% fee for administrative costs. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the course date are non-refundable.
